Company revenues were $3.8 billion in fiscal year 2009. Net income for the year was $226 million, and earnings per diluted share were $1.48.

Cintas was founded by Richard T. Farmer, Chairman Emeritus. Scott Farmer was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2003 and Bob Kohlhepp serves as Chairman of the Board.
