  • Inventory Reports – Cintas can provide, at any time, computer generated inventory reports detailing the current inventory such as: box number/bar code, alternate code, data range (from/to), sequence range (from/to), status (checked in/out), and date sent into storage.
  • Daily Order Reports – Cintas can provide daily retrieval reports by account, account name and number, each file or box retrieved, the bar code, alternate code, location, file or box description, and status.
  • Complete audit trail for every item inventoried at Cintas
  • Destruction and Retention Reports easily show which items are due for final destruction and which items you’ve approved for destruction
