Management Trainees (MTs) are trained for success, assuming an immediate supervisor and leadership position upon completion of the MT Program. The program features a series of rotations in Sales, Service, Production, Operations and Administration. It also includes Green Belt Training (Six Sigma), Meticulous Hiring training and more.
Our MTs learn how to drive customer service, sales and P&L results, as well as discover the role Human Resources, Safety and Six Sigma play in our business success. Our program develops great leaders for our company. The exposure and the knowledge MTs gain through the rotations are outstanding.
Each MT is assigned a Mentor who grooms them for managerial success. At the end of the program, Cintas works with participants to place them in the ideal position to maximize their strengths and career advancement potential.
The Cintas Sales Trainee Program offers an extensive, well-structured, 39-week sales development program designed to provide strong knowledge in all of our product and service offerings. The program provides a strong foundation into the full sales process and art of selling products/services to our customers. The training program combines a series of rotations in various areas of our business, such as general office, operations, service and production. This all-encompassing program provides participants with a broad understanding of the business operations and how the sales representative position fits within Cintas’ growth strategy. Upon completion of the program, participants are prepared with the fundamental knowledge to enter a sales territory.
For undergraduates, Cintas’ Internship (Scholar) Program is one of the most intensive internship (scholar) programs in the business today. This program is open to undergraduate students who often find this an excellent transition into our Management Trainee or Sales Trainee Programs. This is a paid internship (scholar) program with competitive wages that increase with each year of participation.
