Cintas is a publicly held company traded over the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol CTAS and is a Nasdaq-100 company and component of the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index.

Cintas designs, manufactures and implements corporate identity uniform programs and provides entrance mats, restroom cleaning and supplies, promotional products, first aid and safety products, fire protection services and document management services for approximately 800,000 businesses.

Cintas operates 390 facilities in the U.S. and Canada, including four manufacturing plants and eight distribution centers that employ more than 30,000 people.

Company revenues were $3.8 billion in fiscal year 2009. Net income for the year was $226 million, and earnings per diluted share were $1.48 this year.

Cintas was founded by Richard T. Farmer, Chairman of the Board. Scott Farmer was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2003 and Bob Kohlhepp serves as Vice Chairman.
