Advanced Processing & Imaging Collaborates with Cintas to Provide a Complete Document Lifecycle Management Solution

Deerfield Beach, Florida, August 24, 2009Advanced Processing & Imaging (API), developers of innovative electronic document and content management software solutions, announced today they have signed an agreement with Cintas, provider of physical document management services, to provide a complete document lifecycle management solution.

More than ever, savvy executives are embracing electronic document management solutions to capture, manage, store, preserve and deliver their organization’s content and documents. However, today’s reality remains that 95% of information is stored on paper. In the past, an executive faced the dilemma of what to do with years of paper documents once an effective document management solution, like OptiView® ECM from API, was adopted.

With a complete document lifecycle management solution from API, companies will benefit from API’s robust electronic document management system that will allow them to transfer paper documents into an "electronic file cabinet", powered by OptiView ECM. Physical record and document storage, digital imaging and secure document destruction, provided by Cintas, will help them manage years of paper documents as they move towards a full adoption of the system.

"At API we have a very high standard for customer satisfaction," said Mel Rothberg, Chief Executive Officer at Advanced Processing & Imaging. "To that end, we continually challenge ourselves to improve our products and services. I am very pleased with our latest offering of a complete document lifecycle management solution through collaboration with Cintas. This is a complete solution that will take the guesswork of how to manage years of paper documents out of the electronic document management equation."

"Cintas is an industry leader with a commitment to honesty, integrity, professionalism and attention to detail in everything we do," affirms President and Chief Operating Officer of Cintas’ Document Management Division, Karen Carnahan. "Our principal objective is to exceed our customers’ expectations to maximize the long-term value of Cintas for its shareholders and working partners."
