Cintas Corporation Announces Annual Dividend
CINCINNATI, January 13, 2009 — Cintas Corporation (Nasdaq: CTAS) announced today that its board of directors approved a 47 cents per share annual dividend, an increase over last year’s annual dividend of 46 cents per share. The dividend was approved at the company’s board of directors meeting held today. The dividend is payable on March 11, 2009, to shareholders of record as of February 4, 2009.

Despite the difficult economic environment, we continue to generate strong cash flows from our business, allowing us to increase our annual dividend to our shareholders again this year.
