FORTUNE Magazine Lists Cintas Corporation Among "America's Most Admired Companies" For Fifth Consecutive Year
Cintas Tops Diversified Outsourcing Industry List for Second Consecutive Year
CINCINNATI, OH, February 23, 2005 – In its annual analysis of more than 580 companies from 65 industries, FORTUNE magazine listed Cintas Corporation (Nasdaq: CTAS) among “ America ’s Most Admired Companies" for the fifth consecutive year. The recognition also marks the third time, and second consecutive year, the company topped FORTUNE’s “Most Admired” list in the diversified outsourcing industry category.

To create the list, 10,000 executives, directors and securities analysts from 65 industries rated companies in their own industries using eight key attributes of reputation. Cintas led the rankings in its industry sector by finishing first in quality of management, financial soundness, long-term investment value, employee talent, and quality of products and services. The company received top-five scores for innovation, social responsibility and use of corporate assets.
In addition to FORTUNEs Most Admired, Forbes Magazine named Cintas one of the Best Managed companies in America in 2004. Cintas was named the fourth best employer in Canada by Report on Business Magazine in 2004, and recently provided more than $2 million in clothing and financial aid to support tsunami relief efforts in South Asia.
