Oregon Business Magazine Lists Cintas Among State's Best Employers
Recognition Attributed To Company's Employees and Strong Culture
April 2004 - In its annual
survey of hundreds of companies, Oregon Business Magazine
named Cintas Corporation (Nasdaq: CTAS) one of the 100 best
companies to work for in the state. A sixteenth place finish
marked the fourth consecutive year that Cintas has made the
list.

To create the rankings, Oregon Business worked with research
consultants Davis, Hibbitts & Midghall Inc. to survey
more than 16,000 employees and managers at over 200 companies.
Cintas, North America 's leading uniform service provider,
finished second in the area of management performance and
received a top five score for attraction, retention, and rewards.
Cintas employs 210 people at 3 facilities in Oregon . The
company employs 27,000 overall at more than 350 facilities
across North America .
In addition to Oregon Business, Fortune Magazine named Cintas
one of America 's most admired companies each year from 2001
to 2004, and America 's “Most Admired Company”
in the diversified outsourcing industry in 2001 and 2004.
Forbes Magazine named Cintas one of the “Best Managed”
companies in America in 2004 and one of the "Best Big
Companies in the World" each year from 1999-2003. The
company was recently named the fourth best employer in Canada
by Report on Business Magazine and received the Matthew 25:
Ministries Corporate Humanitarian Award and the Massachusetts
