Letter from Karen Carnahan, New Year Shredding

Dear Business Partners,

The start of the year means new beginnings. We had the pleasure of helping hundreds of people begin 2013 with a fresh start as they shredded their bad memories from 2012 at the annual Good Riddance Day event in New York’s Times Square on Dec. 28. It was great to connect with victims of Hurricane Sandy, individuals still suffering from hard economic times and many others as they put the past behind them.

As we begin the New Year, we look forward to announcing several new initiatives that will enhance the services we offer your business. As more organizations look for ways to streamline their business processes, reduce paper use and further limit their environmental impact, we will work to anticipate your needs and provide solutions that will enable you to do business more securely, efficiently and remain compliant with federal and state regulations.

Thank you for your support throughout the past year. We hosted several hundred SmartShred events in 2012, and with your continued support, we hope to complete even more of these events in 2013.

On behalf of Cintas, I wish each and every one of you a safe and prosperous 2013.
