Behind every five-star hospitality experience, there’s a team of professionals working tirelessly to make guests feel welcome, comfortable and safe. Housekeeping professionals are especially instrumental to supporting guest satisfaction. These team members put the heart in hospitality and have protected the wellbeing of guests and fellow team members with grace, grit and integrity.

Colleagues, supervisors, hotel guests and others are invited to submit nominations for qualified housekeeping team members from Monday, June 22, 2026 to Monday, August 31, 2026.

Five winners will receive a $1,000 cash prize, and the title of SHINE Housekeeping Hero for 2026!
