How OUR CLEANROOM WASH PROCESS WORKS
1Soil Inspection
When your ready-to-launder gowning arrives, our soil inspectors scan and examine each garment on a lit inspection table to highlight potential contamination hazards. Garments are then separated into batch lots for processing.
2Wash & Rinse
Garments are washed with a specialized water-soluble formula to decontaminate and remove particles, then rinsed with multi-megOHM deionized water. Each batch is dried in HEPA/ULPA filtered air rated 99.99% efficient at 0.1 micrometers and larger.
3Inspection & Pack
Once garments are dried, they undergo a second inspection where they are carefully folded and bagged. Each bag is then hermetically sealed to maintain integrity. For added protection, our cleanroom partners perform a third inspection during the over-bagging process before garments move to the final inspection stage.
4Inspection & Delivery
Before garments leave our facility, we complete a final inspection to ensure they meet our standards, send them to be sterilized(if necessary) then deliver them back to you.
