These courses include hands-on instruction with engaging training from instructors certified by the American Heart Association. The 1:1 student-mannequin ratio allows for personalized instruction and feedback. Also available as an online course with in-person CPR skills assessment.

American Heart Association CPR Training
Cintas is the largest national provider of American Heart Association (AHA) CPR training. An AHA trained Cintas representative will teach rescuers how to perform high-quality CPR. Course topics include:
- Determine when to provide CPR
- Providing high-quality compressions
- Giving effective breaths using mouth-to-mouth or a CPR mask
