- No sugar and no calories; assorted flavors
- 32 packs per case, each pack yields either 2.5 gallons
Depending on environmental conditions and amount of protective gear worn, workers can lose as much as 1 to 2 gallons of sweat per shift. Mental performance decreases 5-6% with every 1% loss of body weight due to dehydration.
