Required OSHA Training

49 CFR 172.704

All employees who perform any function subject to hazmat regulations, such as those loading and unloading, preparing the packaging and markings, working with hazmat paperwork, and transporting the materials, are required to be trained. Initial training must be done prior to the employee performing the function; refresher training is required every three years. This training will help you meet those requirements.
