All purchasers of personal protective equipment from Cintas bear full responsibility for selecting the PPE appropriate for use by their employees. Cintas expressly disclaims all implied warranties including an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. 

 **The “AED Program” includes ONLY the sale or service agreement of AEDs and periodic inspection of the AEDs to determine whether the batteries and/or pads for the AED have expired. If expressly and separately purchase by Customer, Cintas may also provide AED and CPR Training, and access to LifeREADY 360™ website. “AED Program” expressly excludes any risk or hazard analysis of any kind or type, including (but not limited to) recommendations regarding the type, number, or placement of AEDs at Customer’s facility. Customer is solely responsible for choosing the type and number of AEDs needed and the placement of those AEDs within its facility(ies) and notifying Cintas of any faults, alarms, or indications that the AED is not functioning properly between Cintas’s periodic service visits. 

 ***Cintas Training is intended to assist employers as they strive to improve and maintain workplace health and safety. Depending on the nature and location of the worksite, federal and state statutes and regulations may require that employers conduct specific training for their employees. Each worksite should be examined by the employer to determine which Compliance Training Programs the law requires for that specific worksite. Cintas does not provide recommendations or guidance regarding which safety programs and training are required for any particular workplace. The services are provided for educational purposes only. Cintas shall have no liability to customer or any other person relating to or resulting from the services or the information provided in connection with the services.
