Cintas Corporation and its subsidiaries seek to provide and maintain a world class safety and health work environment in all countries in which we have the privilege to operate. To achieve this purpose, we expect our contractors to have similar safety and health programs that will protect their workers and the partners and properties of Cintas Corporation.

While Cintas recognizes that there are different legal requirements and cultural differences throughout the world, the following process must be completed in order to be considered as a contractor candidate for Cintas.

• Pre-Qualification Questionnaire – Must be completed and submitted to the Cintas project point of contact prior to commencing work.
• Pre-Job Safety Assessment Work Permit – This form must be completed with your Cintas hiring manager at the project site before work may begin
